These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Podium and access to our website.

1. Arriving on Schedule:

• Clients are required to arrive on time for scheduled studio bookings. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.

2. No Smoking/Vaping Policy:

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises. Clients found violating this policy may be asked to leave the premises immediately.

3. Respect for Neighbors:

• Clients are expected to maintain a respectful noise level while on the premises to avoid disturbance to neighboring businesses or residents.

4. Cleaning Fee:

• Clients are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their studio session. A cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive mess or damage to studio property.

5. Liability Disclaimer:

• While we strive to provide a safe and professional environment, clients acknowledge and agree that their use of our services is at their own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during studio sessions.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

• All content produced in our studio, including podcasts, recordings, and creative works, are the intellectual property of Podium. Clients retain ownership of their original content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use and distribute recordings for promotional purposes.

7. Account Termination:

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend client accounts for violation of these terms and conditions, without prior notice or refund.

8. Changes to Terms:

• We may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario . Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ontario.
